So creative and I love how this comes out! Gives me lots of ideas for my own some day! Already collecting quite a few jack o'lanterns for the pumpkin patch out back. I look forward to seeing them all out there and lit up at night! :)

Now that I am back from my 3 week trip to the UK, I will be working on my Halloween props as of this weekend. We will be moving all of the Halloween boxes into the house from the garage and looking thru it all to see what all I have. We will also be setting up the gazebo inside the garage and probably fixing the outer walls. I am also going to set up a table in the middle and have the tombstones I'll be working on piled out there as well so I can start to work on redoing the ones that were hand painted. I'll get some pics taken too and post them up here.
I did get in a few more pumpkin metal sculptures for the back yard pumpkin patch to use in the background of the patch.

Exciting! Already mid August and I want to be able to take my time and fully enjoy the buildup to Halloween this year! Lots n lots to do and Halloween will soon be here!!

Countdown at the bottom of this blog!!

Midnight Syndicate: Monsters of Legend CD

Midnight Syndicate is one of my favorites to use for Halloween atmospheric music. This newest cd inspired by the classic horror movie monsters and creatures is just spectacular! There are not many Midnight Syndicate cds I do not have and this one is really great!

It brought me right back to the same feeling when I watched all those classic horror movies when I was a kid and all those great actors who brought those scary creatures to life! Men like Bela Lugosi, Vincent Price, Boris Karloff, Christopher Lee and Peter Cushing and don't forget Peter Lorre and Lon Chaney and Lon Chaney Jr!

I remember watching Dr. Shock who hosted these on Sunday afternoons and I would be just glued to the set, watching those old black and white flicks!

If you have not checked out Midnight Syndicate's site, please do so! Take a little sneak peek listen over on Amazon for this and their other cds! Also, if you have your own haunt, do sign up and register with Midnight Syndicate and they will send you a poster and you can use their music in your haunt legally! :) I don't charge for mine as it is just for the trick or treaters on Halloween night, but I am hoping to display the poster anyway there at the entrance to my haunted cave!

In the future when I have my own haunt, I will definitely be keeping up with Midnight Syndicate!

You all outdid yourselves this time! Just brilliant work! Thank you!
